1. At the initial stage of pouring OEM Casting Valve Body, especially when the molten metal is in contact with the foam, the static pressure of the molten metal is less than that of polystyrene when the sprue is not filled or just started pouring. When the gas pressure of the product is too high, the casting is too fast to cause a bonfire phenomenon, causing the molten metal to splash. In order to avoid this phenomenon, the method of first fine flow and slow pouring can be adopted at the beginning of pouring. After the pouring system is filled with metal, the pouring speed can be increased, but no overflow is allowed, and the riser is flushed out.
2. As far as possible, the bottom note package is used. The heat loss of the metal liquid in the bottom note is small, the head is large, the pouring speed is fast, the slag floats on the upper surface of the molten metal, and the molten steel is relatively clean. Due to equipment conditions, some low-demand or Carbon Steel Casting Valve Body can also be subcontracted.
3. The pouring process can not be interrupted. When casting the lost foam casting, it is necessary to keep the molten metal continuously. Until the mold is fully filled, it will easily cause the cold insulation defect of the entire plane of the casting at the standstill.
